Rogier Dahmen

Rogier has been a lawyer since 1997. His main areas of expertise are corporate law, M&A and private equity. He assists domestic and international clients in M&A transactions and investments and specialises in software and technology law. In 2021 Rogier successfully completed the highly regarded Grotius specialisation course in Computer & Technology Law. For many years now, he has been a fixture in in the Legal500 year guide as a highly recommended lawyer.
Alexander Steenaert

Alexander is an attorney for over 30 years now and specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate law and contract law. He has assisted in hundreds of transactions for private equity funds, family-owned companies and private owners both in the Netherlands and abroad. Alexander is a dealmaker without losing sight of the client’s interests. In addition to his work as an attorney, Alexander is active in real estate and is chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Dutch Hockey Association.

Marieke Sanders

Mijke van den Brand

Mijke is a lawyer and mediator. As a lawyer, her work consists of advising and litigating on employment law issues, ranging from a dismissal cases, reorganisations and works council processes to problems with a non-competition clause. Mijke successfully completed the Employment Law specialisation course at the Grotius Academy and is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association.
Mijke is also a mediator. In this role, she supports parties in resolving a dispute or conflict. She is fully qualified and Mfn-registered. She is a member of the Dutch Association of Mediators and Lawyers.
Mark Eising

Mark specialises in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, other partnerships and a variety of commercial contracts. He also focusses on shareholder matters and general corporate-law advice. Mark is a networker through and through. In his private time, he is a well-known bird expert and a competitive tennis player.
Bas Le Large

Bas has been a lawyer for over 25 years and he specialises in tenancy law for commercial and residential premises, retail, (commercial) purchases and transactions, contract law and ground leases. He is a most experienced litigator. Bas successfully completed the Tenancy Law specialisation course at VHA and is a member of the Association of Tenancy Law Lawyers. He was the dean of the Middle-Netherlands Bar Association between 2017 and 2022 and, during his law studies, worked as a court clerk at the Middle-Netherlands District Court.
