With over 30 years of experience as a lawyer, Alexander specializes in M&A (mergers and acquisitions), corporate law, contract law, international law, joint ventures, and other forms of collaboration. He has guided hundreds of acquisition transactions on both the buy and sell sides, working with private equity funds, family businesses, and DGA’s (directors and major shareholders) from both the Netherlands and abroad.

Due to his extensive experience, Alexander quickly grasps the essence of deals, collaborations, and contracts. He is a dealmaker who prioritizes the client’s interests. His expertise extends to international matters, where he advises not only Dutch clients with foreign activities but also international clients with activities in the Netherlands. Leveraging his extensive network, both domestically and internationally, Alexander can tap into this network as needed to benefit his clients.

He firmly believes that advising entrepreneurs and businesses requires more than just legal knowledge.
