Bas Le Large has been a lawyer in real estate practice for over 27 years, specializing in commercial and residential lease law, Retail/Franchise, (commercial) purchase/sale contracts, lease hold, and related topics. With extensive experience in both litigation and advisory roles, he excels in providing effective solutions to legal questions or issues.

Bas has successfully completed the specialization course in lease law from the VHA and is a member of the association for lease law attorneys (specialised lease lawyers). His clients are various retail chains, professional real estate investors, nature organizations, and other businesses and organizations dealing with real estate.

Bas publishes regularly in his field and teaches lease law to students form Utrecht University. Between 2017 and 2022, Bas served as President of the Bar Association for Central Netherlands. During his studies, Bas worked as a registrar at the District Court for Central Netherlands.
