Régine advises and litigates for clients in the field of employment law and employee participation rights. This includes matters such as:
- Employment contracts and management agreements.
- Individual and collective dismissal.
- Dismissal of and other questions regarding statutory directors.
- Support in takeover processes.
- Collective labor agreement (CAO) and works council issues. Guidance in the establishment of Works Council.
- Sickness and reintegration.
- Working conditions and employer liability.
- Equal treatment.
An important focus is assisting in reorganizations within companies. Régine has successfully assisted in various reorganizations from the consultation phase to the outflow phase. She advises clients in both the Netherlands and abroad.
Régine is known for her practical approach and involvement. She stands for attention and actual solutions. No lengthy advice, but ‘to the point’ guidelines that her clients can immediately work with.
