Philip is a legal and management professional with more than 25 years of experience as a lawyer, counsel, and in various executive management roles.

He started his career in 2000 as a corporate/M&A lawyer at an international top-tier law firm. From 2007 to 2025, Philip worked as an independent lawyer/counsel in various senior in-house and executive positions, including roles as General Counsel and (interim) Managing Director. In 2026, Philip joined BOLT. He is also regularly engaged by the ABU (Association of Private Employment Agencies) as a business coach for its members.
