Mark Eising (1967) is attorney-at-law (advocaat) since 1995. Mark joined the reputable law firm Nauta Dutilh in 1995 and worked as an attorney at law in Breda, Amsterdam, London and New York. After the successful introduction of his own law firm in 2004, Mark worked as a partner with the law firm Wieringa Advocaten for more than three years.
Mark has broad experience in the fields of corporate law and commercial contract law. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions (national and international) of both listed and unlisted companies, venture capital transactions, buy-in and buy-out transactions, joint ventures and other co-operation agreements, IT-contracts, distribution, agency and various other commercial agreements.
In 2000, Mark completed the Venture Capital Course of the Dutch Association of Venture Capital Companies.
Mark lectures on corporate law as part of the Dutch Bar Association’s mandatory training programme for young lawyers.
Mark is recommended in the 2018 edition of Legal500.
