He specialises in corporate and commercial law,&nbsp; transactions, including corporate M&amp;A and private equity, and ICT Law. Rogier worked in numerous cross-border M&amp;A and private equity transactions, venture capital investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rogier is a transaction enthusiast, and has built a track record that includes many mid-market and multiple billion euro deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rogier was admitted to the Netherlands Bar in 1997.
