John has been an attorney since 1996, specializing in shareholder disputes. Since 2006, he has been regularly appointed by the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam as an investigator, director, supervisory direct, or custodian of shares in companies that are subject to statutory inquiry proceedings. When acting an attorney he represents shareholders, companies, directors, or supervisory directors. He believes that shareholder disputes cannotbe won, but should rather  be resolved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clients may expect John\u2019s constructive attitude in dealing with these matters. John is an experienced negotiator, but when necessary, he will also engage in litigation, for example, to resolve deadlock situations. Because of his extensive experience John is sometimes consulted by other (supervisory) directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John is also assists in mergers and acquisitions, the setting up  joint ventures (including project financing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John is a member of the Disciplinary Board for the Dutch Bar Association in Arnhem \u2013 Leeuwarden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
