Shareholder structuring and cooperation

Proper agreements between shareholders and management at the start or restart of a company are important for a good cooperation and a future (partial) exit or sale successful. In addition, agreements on valuation and steps towards valuations may contribute significantly to prevent disputes or court proceedings in order to achieve an exit. BOLT structures shareholder relations and forms of cooperation in order to anticipate and accommodate future transactions and keeps in mind that a forced exit of a shareholder or manager may occur. Involvement at an early stage may contribute to a speedy and smooth implementation of cooperation without legalization at the expense of entrepreneurship.
